Corporate events specialist Naboo has received €20 million in Series A funding led by Notion Capital.
The France-based startup, which launched two years ago, helps companies book all the elements for internal meetings and corporate retreats including accommodation, transport, activities and catering.
Its technology also enables meeting bookers to manage the events and provides spend visibility to procurement teams.
In a LinkedIn post Naboo said it wants to expand its offering beyond Europe and launch a white-label platform for businesses tailored to their travel policies.
Naboo has quadrupled booking volumes in 2024, said Notion Capital in a statement. The platform has also expanded into new markets including the United Kingdom.

“We are incredibly excited to partner with Maxime and the rest of the founding team to build a global category leader in the event management space,” said Itxaso del Palacio, general partner, Notion Capital. “Since I first met the team, I have been incredibly impressed with their ambition, their intensity and speed of execution, and I am confident they will shake the current market. The initial traction has proven that there is a need to automate the event planning workflows and Naboo is incredibly well positioned to become the leader in the space.”
“Naboo is undergoing two major transformations. The first is evolving from a purely transactional marketplace model into a SaaS-enabled marketplace, offering a comprehensive software suite,” said Maxime Eduardo, co-founder of Naboo. “The second is expanding our focus from France to all of Europe, positioning Naboo as an international company.”
